Classes Offered:
Muscle – Strengthen and tone with targeted resistance training
HIIT – High-intensity intervals for maximum fat burn
Barre – Sculpt and lengthen with ballet-inspired moves
Stability Ball – Improve balance and core strength
Core – Build a strong, stable midsection

AMRAP – Push yourself with "As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible" workouts for endurance and strength

TRX – Suspension training for total-body strength

Membership Details:

$40/month (auto-pay subscription)
Minimum 3-month commitment, cancel with 30 days' notice
